Human Holistics

It starts with the individual.

We are remarkable in the sense that we are very adaptable to changes in our environment and that we can survive and endure adversity.

 

In a high performance setting many people cant regulate themselves optimally. They are running mostly on their back up survival systems, which makes it more difficult to process incoming informations from their systems in a precise manner.

It makes the interpretations less reliable. By re-connecting the body and mind we can create better communication and exchange of informations. Make all parts of the system contribute to elevate performance.

When I work with companies, organisations, teams, or private clients it is always the individual that is my focus. If we insert dysfunctional parts into a greater system the whole system will fail.

 

It starts with the individual.

How does it work ?

Chemistry Matters
Working within a client and coach relationship requires honesty. It requires trust. Trust requires transparency. To make sure there is a match, a chemistry call is part of the initial process with all potential clients.

The Sessions
All sessions are individually tailored to the client. There is a framework but not a mold shape. Goals are important. But clarity and perceptions around those goals is even more relevant. Allowing for what is to be explored, pursued, and improved.

Commitment 
Goals and complexity will influence how long we work together. Typically I will work with clients for a minimum of 3 months. Some I have worked with for over 6 years. Number of session will always be tailored to client needs.

Allowing for a clearer purpose driven career and a more sustainable work life. As a result better lives will be lived. Better careers will be forged.
That's the human holistic approach.

A sometimes misunderstood concept of learning is based on the assumption that if we put new knowledge in, the new knowledge will integrate and consolidate with our existing knowledge. Regardless of the physiological and mental state of the learner and pre existing beliefs and biases. We can only understand new information, based on our prior level of understanding. So we must be prepared to learn, unlearn, and relearn.
