The Why

In a world where there's is expectations of constant improvements and "living to our full potential", it is easy to get a lost and forget ourselves. In organisations where back to back meetings, tight deadlines, and multiple stakeholders, and client demands, all takes up our attention and energy, it can be a fine balance to navigate.

We want to succeed. In our careers and in our life. But we also need to succeed as human beings. 

Sometimes we might compromises ourselves. Agree a little too much.

It may not feel as a big deal at first.

But as time move on, we begin to feel it on a physical level. It becomes harder not to notice it.

So what do we do ?

We try to structure things a little more. 

But that do not really fix the issues. 

Because the root cause is not addressed. We are merely targeting the symptoms. 

I have seen it many times with clients. They feel the disconnection. They sense the urge to do things a little differently. But they are not be sure where to begin.

The beautiful fact is that we already posses the answers. 

We already know what to do, when we reconnect to what is already there. 

That is when the shift begins. That is where real progress and clarity manifest itself. 

Not in a forced overthought version, but in a truly heartfelt and compassionate truth.
