Conversations that will help you think and act in new ways.

The Whole-System Approach.
Sustainable performance doesn’t happen by chance.
It’s the outcome of how intentionally and consciously we integrate every part of ourselves. Choosing to live with intention, rather than simply reacting, creates the difference between waiting for life to change and actively shaping the life that truly matters to us.
Whether in our careers or personal lives, living without conscious intention throws off our inner compass and pulls us away from purposeful living. My coaching brings together somatic awareness and neuroscience to reach the core, where performance, purpose, and biology collide. Because without collaboration between mind and body, we’re not fully alive. We need a whole-system approach that aligns who we are with how we live.
About me
With over 17 years of experience in behavioural change and holistic health coaching, I have supported more than 500 clients through 10,000+ sessions, guiding them toward deeper alignment, resilience, and sustainable performance.
Over the past six years, I’ve specialised in corporate and executive coaching, partnering with over 60 senior partners and partners, and coaching 100+ top talents within the Big Four.
I'm an EMCC Global Senior Practitioner-accredited coach, an alumnus of Henley Business School’s Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching (PCEC), and hold a wide range of certifications across health, performance, and personal leadership development.
As a Z-Health Performance Solutions Applied Neurology Practitioner and a nutritional advisor with a focus on metabolism, energy production, and hormonal health, my coaching is rooted in a somatic and neuro integrated approach.
I work with a holistic lens, aligning performance with each client’s values, beliefs, and biological awareness.

Intentionality
We can mentally be present in 3 dimensions. The past. The present, and the future.
Our experiences are rooted in our past.
The things we have learned.
The strategies we have developed.
But the past can be a limiting factor in the way we apply decisions in the present. Especially if we do not recalibrate and update our internal compass.
Applying something unconsciously will be suboptimal at best, and not necessarily be aligned with our values, beliefs and intentions when we want to pursue better alignment with what we do, who we are, and how we wish to express ourselves.
In our careers, and in our relationships.
I help my clients integrate their past experiences with clearer and more precise inputs from the present, to create far better future outcomes.
Not by applying rules and systems, but by re-connecting the whole self with intentionality.
"It's not the answers we give that creates the biggest change. It is the quality of the questions we ask."
